No SPAM/UCE Policy

Responsible E-Mail advertising provides a benefit for your clients and keeps potential clients in contact with you!

Value Realty Hosting strictly prohibits Spamming. You may not use your web hosting account to send unsolicited commercial e-mail, otherwise known as SPAM. The following are examples of SPAM and are contrary to our Terms of Service/AUP (contract agreement).

Appropriate E-mail Activities

  • Your website will automatically collect 'opt-in' email addresses from clients and potential clients that you may send newsletters, emails and periodic listings to.  Your advertising campaigns may use either plain or HTML email and users will be presented with the latest, most professional e-mail advertising templates that you select.

Inappropriate E-mail Activities

  • Commercial e-mail: Defined as sending unsolicited commercial e-mails (UCE). This is prohibited. You are not permitted to use your Value Site Hosting account or the e-mail alias/account of your Virtual Server to send unsolicited commercial e-mail. Using an e-mail address hosted anywhere on Value Realty Hosting servers to collect responses from unsolicited commercial e-mail is prohibited. This includes using a throwaway, free e-mail account to promote your Value Realty Hosting account and redirects for the same account.
